We want you to be completely satisfied with your hardscaping project, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unopened and sealed bags of polymeric sand. Please note that due to the weight and chemical nature of our products, items must be in original, moisture-free packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Verify Condition

  Ensure your product is unopened, undamaged, and has been stored in a dry location to maintain the integrity of the polymer binding agents.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and specific shipping instructions for heavy goods.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the bags on a pallet or in a sturdy double-walled box to prevent breakage during transit, as leaked material cannot be refunded.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned sand for moisture exposure or seal compromise, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
