While the sand starts to set within 60 to 90 minutes of activation, it typically requires 24 to 48 hours of dry weather to achieve full structural strength. Avoid heavy foot traffic or moisture during this window.
Do you offer bulk shipping for large landscaping projects?
Yes, we offer palletized shipping for large-scale orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. For orders over 50 bags, please contact our support team for a custom freight quote.
Can I return unopened bags of polymeric sand?
We accept returns on unopened, undamaged bags within 30 days of purchase. Please note that because sand is a heavy commodity, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply.
